At Pressure Chamber, we move with intent just like your order. We’re committed to getting your gear to you fast and safe.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking info so you can follow the journey from our hands to yours.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected method.


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

 

Shipping delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or issues outside our control but we’ll always keep you in the loop.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check your order status at any time.

 

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pressure Chamber is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider first. If you need help, we’ll back you up. Reach out to support@thepressurechamber.com and we’ll work with you on next steps.

 

5. International Orders

Customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply to international orders depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are your responsibility. Pressure Chamber is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
